Will I be charged again?
No. The Buyer’s Pass is a single €29 payment that gives you 3 months of full access — there’s no subscription and nothing to cancel. It simply expires at the end of the 3 months. (Pro is the only recurring plan, and you can turn off its renewal anytime from your account settings.)
What data sources do you use?
We combine the Property Price Register with 25+ datasets including SEAI BER data, OPW flood maps, EPA air quality, CSO census demographics, Garda crime stats, school data, transport, healthcare, broadband coverage, planning applications, and more.
Is my data private?
Yes. Fully GDPR compliant. We don’t sell your data or share your searches with third parties. We also don’t store passwords — sign-in is via one-time magic links sent to your email, so there’s no password to leak in a breach.
How accurate are the valuations?
Our fair value estimates are based on 775,000+ real sale records from the Property Price Register — not algorithms trained on asking prices. We show you what similar properties actually sold for.
