Is my data private?
Yes. Fully GDPR compliant. We don’t sell your data or share your searches with third parties. We also don’t store passwords — sign-in is via one-time magic links sent to your email, so there’s no password to leak in a breach.
How accurate are the valuations?
Every estimate is built from 775,000+ real Property Price Register sale records — what homes actually sold for, area trends and similar home sales. We benchmark each property against genuine like-for-like sales, adjusted for size, location and recency, and cross-check it with our own valuation model.
