These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BuyerIQ website and services at buyeriq.ie (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
BuyerIQ provides property analytics for the Irish residential market, including comparable sales data, estimated market values, suggested offer ranges, and neighbourhood intelligence. The Service is available in free and paid (Pro) tiers.
2. Important Disclaimer
The Service does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. All estimates, valuations, suggested offer ranges, and market assessments are generated from publicly available data sources and statistical models. They may not reflect current market conditions, property-specific factors, or recent changes that are not yet recorded in public datasets.
You should always seek independent professional advice (e.g., from a chartered surveyor, mortgage broker, or solicitor) before making any property purchase decision. BuyerIQ does not accept liability for decisions made based on information provided by the Service.
3. Accuracy of Data
Property data is sourced from publicly available records including the Property Price Register, SEAI BER database, CSO statistics, OPW flood maps, and other government data sources. While we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that data is complete, current, or error-free. Sale prices shown are as reported to the Property Price Register and may not reflect the full transaction value in all cases.
4. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person; automated or bot registrations are not permitted.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
- Free tier: limited searches per day, restricted feature set.
- Pro tier: €14.99/month or €99.99/year. Full access to all features.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or the Stripe billing portal.
- On cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@buyeriq.ie.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use automated tools to scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract data from the Service.
- Redistribute, resell, or republish BuyerIQ data or reports without permission.
- Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, its design, algorithms, and original content are owned by BuyerIQ. Property data sourced from public registers remains in the public domain. Your use of the Service does not grant you any intellectual property rights beyond personal, non-commercial use of the results.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyerIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
- Any property purchase or financial decision made using information from the Service.
- Inaccuracies or omissions in the data displayed.
- Unauthorised access to your account.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
